Hello everyone, I’m Aurélie.
I’m over 40, have an adorable 10-year-old boy, a partner, a busy life… and like many women, I’m always racing against the clock!
Between work, family, daily responsibilities, and everything else we have to manage, we sometimes tend to forget about ourselves a little. Yet, we all want to reconnect with our friends, laugh, dance, and party… without necessarily staying out until 3 a.m.!
That is precisely why I chose to join *Maman Sort Danser* (Mom Goes Out Dancing) and develop the concept in the 01 and 69 regions.
My goal is simple: to offer women like me a real break, a moment where we can let go, reconnect with friends, dance, and enjoy ourselves… all while staying compatible with our lives as moms and working women.
Because you can be a mom or not, work, have a thousand things to manage… and still have the desire to dance!
So, if in addition to going out to run errands, walk the dog, and take out the trash… what if we went out just to dance!
